David Little

David is the Managing Partner of the Ottawa office at Dentons, a global business law firm, and is also the Co-Chair of Dentons Canada’s Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies Group. A corporate finance lawyer for over 23 years, David regularly acts as principal external counsel for many of the leading venture capital investors (both private and public) and tech companies in Canada and the United States in a broad range of financing transactions, including a number of the largest VC deals in Canada over the last several years. David currently serves as Corporate Secretary of Vintage Wings of Canada/Les Ailes D’Époque du Canada.
