Kevin Forbes

For the past 7 years Kevin has been the President of Sussex Capital; the family office for Cognos founder Michael Potter. Prior to joining the Potter family, Kevin spent 20 years in the Ottawa high tech community starting in controller and treasury roles for Newbridge Networks. After Newbridge, Kevin spent 15 years as the CFO for various start-up companies where he raised over $100 million in venture financing and quarterbacked a $500 million corporate sale. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
