Paolo is a Partner with BC Partners. Paolo joined BC Partners in 2014 from KKR, where he was responsible for developing their investment activities in Canada. Before that, Paolo was a senior member at KKR Capstone, which works with KKR portfolio companies to improve operations. Prior to that, Paolo was an investment banker at Lazard Canada and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Montreal, Boston and Milan offices.
