Paul Manias
Partner and Co-Head, Diagram ClimateTech Fund
Paul Manias is a Partner at Diagram Ventures and Co-lead of the ClimateTech fund.
Paul drives the creation process for ClimateTech ventures. In addition, Paul serves as a Senior Advisor at Addenda Capital, focusing on mobilizing private capital towards the development of climate-resilient infrastructure. He previously co-founded Climate Innovation Capital, a later stage venture fund focused on decarbonization investments. Prior to that, Paul was a Managing Director at OMERS, specializing in infrastructure, private equity, and venture capital. He began his career as a corporate lawyer in Toronto and Boston.
Paul holds a JD from the University of Toronto and a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
